Shopify Store Owners: Launch, Fix, Improve

A Practical Facebook Group for Real Shopify Help

For Shopify Store Owners, running a Shopify store can feel deceptively simple at first.

The platform is easy to launch, but once real customers arrive, real problems tend to follow. Stores slow down. Checkouts behave strangely. Apps conflict. Sales plateau for reasons that aren’t obvious.

That’s why we created the Shopify Store Owners: Launch, Fix, Improve Facebook group.

This group exists to give Shopify store owners a place to get clear, practical help quickly, without the noise, hype, or sales pressure that often comes with online communities.

Why We Started the Group

At Digado, we spend a lot of time helping Shopify store owners diagnose issues that don’t show up in obvious error messages.

Many stores aren’t “broken” in a dramatic way. They’re just:

  • Slightly misconfigured
  • Carrying unnecessary complexity
  • Missing small but important setup steps

Over time, we realized that many of the same questions and problems kept coming up. Rather than answering them in isolation, we wanted to create a space where store owners could learn from each other while still having access to experienced guidance.

The group originally started as a place for our clients to connect. We’ve since opened it up to other Shopify store owners who want thoughtful, no-nonsense help.

What the Group Is (and What It Isn’t)

Shopify Store Owners: Launch, Fix, Improve is a working group.

It’s designed for people who want to:

  • Launch a Shopify store cleanly
  • Fix issues that are holding their store back
  • Improve performance without rebuilding everything

What you won’t find:

  • App spam
  • Affiliate promotions
  • “Get rich quick” advice
  • Guru-style content

The focus is on understanding what’s actually happening in your store and making smart, practical improvements.

Who the Group Is For

The group is a good fit if you are:

  • Launching a Shopify store and want to avoid common mistakes
  • Running a store that feels “off” but you can’t pinpoint why
  • Looking for straightforward explanations instead of generic advice
  • Interested in improving speed, checkout flow, automations, or usability

You don’t need to be technical. You just need to be willing to ask real questions.

How Help Works Inside the Group

Members are encouraged to:

  • Ask specific questions
  • Share screenshots or context
  • Be honest about their store’s stage

You’ll see:

  • Practical explanations
  • Clear next steps
  • Real-world examples from other stores

When hands-on help makes sense, we’re transparent about that too. Some problems can be solved with advice. Others benefit from a deeper review. There’s no pressure either way.

How Digado Is Involved

The group is moderated by Steve and the Digado team.

At Digado, we help Shopify store owners:

  • Launch clean
  • Fix what’s broken
  • Improve what’s already working

That experience informs the advice shared in the group, but the group itself is not a sales funnel. It’s meant to be a useful resource first.

If someone needs direct support, audits, or implementation help, those conversations can happen privately.
